Level 5 Angle Head

Level 5 Angle Head

LEVEL5 Angle Heads, also known as Corner Finishers, are designed for finishing inside 90-degree taped corners after the tape has been set. These tools finish both sides of an inside corner simultaneously, increasing efficiency compared to hand finishing.

Key Features & Benefits:

  • Durable Construction: The body is precision-machined from billet aluminum, which is then color anodized for corrosion resistance and long-term durability. The outer frame is precision-machined from premium stainless steel and robotically welded for a long-term, leak-proof fit. This construction offers robust reliability.
  • Premium Blades: The finishing blades are made of premium carbide steel for extended wear life and come preset for optimal finishing. Carbide blades last longer than traditional steel blades.
  • Smooth Operation: Long-lasting, rubber-tired wheels enable the corner finisher to glide smoothly over the taped corner. This reduces friction and the possibility of tape movement. The wheels are removable.
  • Consistent Finish: The proven channel design distributes compound evenly and efficiently during the finishing process. This provides a professional-grade finish with a sharper corner than can be achieved with a flusher-style head.
  • Adaptable to Imperfections (3”, 3.5” and 4” sizes): The wings on the 3-inch, 3.5-inch, and 4-inch versions feature additional tension springs. These springs allow the tool to accommodate minor angle imperfections while still providing clean, sharp corners.
  • Customizable Tension (3”, 3.5” and 4” sizes): Spring-loaded pins enable the deactivation of one or both tension springs based on user preference.
  • Variety of Sizes: Available in 2.5”, 3”, 3.5”, and 4” sizes to suit different finishing needs. Often, a smaller size like the 3" is used for the initial tape coat, and a larger size (3.5" or 4") is used for the finish coat to feather edges for minimal sanding. The 4" size provides wider coverage for a finer feathered corner.
  • Easy Maintenance: A quick-release clip allows for easy attachment and removal from the handle. Thorough cleaning after use is important for tool longevity.
  • Warranty: Backed by an industry-leading 7-year warranty in the USA, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Europe (a one-year warranty applies in other countries).
