Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the specific drywall tools you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused tools in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own preferred carrier label to the box and drop it off at a designated shipping location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  Inspection and Refund
